A cabinetry job has more moving parts than people expect — appliance lead-times, stone supplier slots, tiler dates, plumber sign-offs. The job stays on time when the sequence is planned upfront. Here's how it runs at PMG.
Ring or send photos with a rough scope. We'll arrange a site visit — usually within the week — to measure, look at the bones, and chat through what you're chasing.
Concept layout drawn up, finish samples sent over, itemised written quote — turnaround can take up to a week, with touch-bases in between to keep you happy and updated throughout the quoting process. No vague lump-sums.
Once you give the green light we lock the design — drawer modules, handle positions, finish codes, hardware. You sign it off before anything gets cut.
Build runs in our Gatton workshop. Typical kitchen build window is 3–5 weeks. Vanities and standalone units 1–2 weeks. You get updates with photos as we go.
On-site install by the same crew that built it. Kitchen install is typically 1–2 weeks. We coordinate the stone, splashback and plumber to slot in around our work.
Final walk-through with you — any adjustments, soft-close tweaks or panel touch-ups done on the spot. Hardware backed by Blum/Hettich warranties.
If you're a builder or renovator running multiple trades, we'll work to your program. Quote off plans before the slab goes in, hold-ups flagged early, tools off-site between trades.

Initial quote: up to 1 week turnaround, with touch-bases in between to keep you updated.
Design lock-in to install: typically 4–7 weeks for a kitchen, 2–4 weeks for a vanity, depending on hardware lead-times.
Workshop slot: we run one major project at a time so quality stays consistent. Book early for renovations with a target completion date.
